Mid morning:
1 brazilian nut and tea
Lunch:
- Kidney beans (170gr)
- Chicken breast (in a pan with garlic, olive oil and salt)
Snacks:
- walnuts and brazilian nuts
Dinner:
- Picco de Galo
- homemade burger
- kidney beans
After Dinner:
- Cottage cheese (about 20gr ) with green onions
