Day 2 of Tim Ferriss Diet

Yesterday went ok, no cravings.

Todays Menu:



Breakfast:
  • 2 eggs + 1 white egg (all scrambled with olive oil and salt)
  • 50 gr of cottage cheese
  • green onions
Mid morning:

1 brazilian nut and tea

Lunch:
  • Kidney beans (170gr)
  • Chicken breast (in a pan with garlic, olive oil and salt)
Snacks:
  • walnuts and brazilian nuts
Dinner:

  • Picco de Galo
  • homemade burger
  • kidney beans
After Dinner:
  • Cottage cheese (about 20gr ) with green onions
